The rules of the room.

Offsite Outpost is an AI-assisted planning tool for corporate retreats and client outings, plus an optional concierge service. The planner generates suggested itineraries, settings, and vendors based on what you enter. Suggestions are recommendations, not reservations — we don't book venues, take payment for events, or guarantee availability, pricing, or the performance of any third party we surface.

You may use the planner for lawful business purposes. Don't attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and don't submit anyone else's personal information without a lawful basis. Accounts are yours to keep secure; you're responsible for activity under your login.

You keep ownership of what you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it to run the service — generating plans, following up on a concierge request, and improving our recommendations. The site design, brand, atlas data, and generated templates are ours; don't republish them as your own.

If you engage the concierge, any event scope, pricing, and terms are agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote until confirmed in that separate agreement.

The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated plans can contain errors or out-of-date details — verify anything you rely on before committing money or travel. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the planner or from any third-party venue or partner.
