The Blender's Table

A private distillery visit runs from mash tun to warehouse, then teams sit at the blender's table with sample casks and graduated cylinders to build and name their own expression — each blend bottled, wax-sealed, and taken home. Master blender, cask samples, tasting flights, and labeling are all arranged. Part sensory workshop, part competition, and everyone leaves with a bottle they actually made.
