The Regatta Cup

Each team gets its own crewed racing keelboat and a pro skipper, then runs short buoy races back to back — grinders, tacticians, and rail meat all pull together or lose the start. The fleet, safety boats, race committee, and a dockside awards spread are all handled; nobody needs sailing experience to end up soaked and competitive. Winners take the cup, everyone takes the story.
