Agave to Glass

A guided run through the agave story — a jimador's harvest demo, the roasting pit or oven, a blanco-to-anejo tasting, and a guided margarita or paloma build-off. Estate access, guides, tasting flights, food pairings, and mixing stations are all handled. Teams come out able to tell a good reposado from a bad one, which is more than most of their clients can.
