The Navigation Expedition
An overnight backcountry expedition where teams navigate by map and compass to a series of checkpoints, make camp in the wild, and cook a group meal under the stars before a dawn push to the finish. Expert guides shadow each team and hold the safety net invisibly.
Why It Bonds
Strip away GPS and reception and a team has to actually deliberate — read the terrain, commit to a route, own the wrong turns together. Sharing a fire and a tent after a hard day dissolves hierarchy faster than any facilitated session.
Running at Scale
Runs as parallel self-contained teams of 6–8, each on its own route and checkpoint sequence with a discreet guide; a base camp anchors the finish and handles catering, medical, and weather calls for the whole field.
