Blend Your Own Whisky
A distillery-led session in the craft of blending — nosing single-cask samples, learning how age and wood shape a dram, then teams marrying their own bottle from component whiskies. Each team wax-seals and labels the bottle they built.
Why It Bonds
Composing a blend forces a team to argue taste and reach real consensus over something subjective, then commit it to a bottle with everyone's name on it — a small, permanent record of a decision made together.
Running at Scale
Blending benches seat 6–8 with sample sets and graduated cylinders; scale by adding benches and distiller-hosts, staggering the guided nosing so each cohort gets close instruction.
