The Mentor Lab

Your people pair with local students to build and program hands-on STEM kits — robots, solar cars, or circuit projects — coaching them through the challenge and a friendly showcase at the end. Every kit is donated to the school or youth program.

Why It Bonds

Teaching a fourteen-year-old to debug a robot pulls out the best version of your engineers and account leads alike — mentoring in mixed teams reveals patience, creativity, and leadership the day job never surfaces.

Running at Scale

Runs as employee-student pods of 3–5 around a build table; scale by adding tables and student cohorts, or stagger two showcase heats for very large groups.
