The Horsemanship Day

A working-ranch program that pairs a groundwork and natural-horsemanship clinic with a backcountry trail ride through range and foothills. Wranglers match each guest to a horse, teach the language of leading and trust, then lead the group out for a ride with a saddlebag lunch on the trail.

Why It Bonds

Groundwork is a masterclass in nonverbal leadership — the horse reads intent, not title. Teams see who calms down under pressure and who over-manages, and the trail ride gives everyone hours of unhurried, side-by-side conversation away from screens.

Running at Scale

Splits into ride strings of 8–10 with a wrangler each, staggering start times so groundwork clinics and trail departures rotate; larger groups add a chuckwagon lunch and a non-riding ranch-skills track.
