Why It Bonds
It deliberately scrambles the org chart into mixed teams who have to delegate, navigate, and improvise together against the clock — the analyst and the SVP end up rope-climbing and decoding clues side by side. The live leaderboard manufactures a clean, shared narrative the company replays for months.
Running at Scale
GPS-app format scales from a handful to 500+ players natively — every team runs the same course on its own device, so adding teams adds no logistics. Staggered start waves and zoned checkpoints prevent bottlenecks; the estate's whole footprint (grounds, woods, lake, barns) becomes the board. Truly the 500-cap experience.
