Learn-to-Play Polo
Groups start on the ground with a chukker of stick-and-ball drills, then swing up onto seasoned club ponies for guided mallet work at the walk and trot. The day closes with a coached exhibition match where every player takes the field, followed by divot-stomping and a lawn lunch.
Why It Bonds
Almost no one arrives knowing how to do this, so the whole company starts as beginners together — the leveling is the point. Trusting a 1,000-pound animal while a teammate calls the play builds a kind of fast, physical rapport that a boardroom never will.
Running at Scale
Runs in rotating waves across multiple arenas and grass fields; instructors take 6–8 riders per station while others do ground drills, target practice, or ride-alongs, then everyone converges for the closing match.
