The Grand Fondo — Staged Gravel & Road Ride
A company gran fondo with three signed routes off one start/finish — a flat coffee-ride loop, a rolling road tempo route, and a long gravel route that breaks off mid-course for the strong legs. Neutral support, feed stations, a sweep van, and a finish-line festival with massage, results, and a meal. Real ride, not a parade.
Why It Bonds
A paceline is the purest team primitive there is — riders share the wind, pull and recover for each other, and finish as a group or not at all. Three routes mean every fitness level rides hard within their own pack and rolls into the same finish-line party.
Running at Scale
Routes self-sort the field by difficulty (short/road/gravel), so 50–300 ride simultaneously without congestion. Rolling/wave starts every few minutes, feed stations and a sweep van per route, branded jerseys, neutral mechanical support. E-bikes added to the short route fold in non-cyclists, pushing the inclusive cap toward 300+.
