The Dawn Fleet — Hot-Air Balloon Mass Ascension
A coordinated mass ascension: ten-to-thirty crewed balloons inflating in the half-light and lifting the whole company off the deck together, then a champagne-and-breakfast landing in the field. It is the single most photographed thing a CEO can put a company through — a literal skyline of your team at sunrise.
Why It Bonds
Crewing a balloon is shared labor before it is a ride — teams hold the crown line, fire the burner on command, and chase-crew each other's baskets across the valley. Nobody is a spectator; everyone is rigging, flying, or chasing.
Running at Scale
Balloons carry 2–12 pax each; operators stage mass ascensions of 10–30+ envelopes per launch window. 50–100 fly in a single dawn wave; 150–300 split across two morning waves (Wave A flies / Wave B tethered + chase, then swap). Tethered 'mini-flights' absorb anyone who'd rather stay anchored, so 500 is reachable as flown + tethered + chase combined.
