The Clan Games
Teams form clans and battle across classic Highland events scaled for real people — caber toss, hammer throw, stone put, sheaf toss, and a roaring tug-of-war final — coached by kilted athletes and scored on a running tournament board. A piper and a whisky toast bookend the day.
Why It Bonds
There's a specific joy in watching your quietest colleague flip a caber to a roar — the clan format turns departments into tribes, and the tug-of-war finale leaves everyone muddy, hoarse, and unmistakably on the same side.
Running at Scale
Clans of 10–20 rotate through event stations on a heat schedule; add throwing lanes and tug ropes to scale, running the decathlon as a bracket that culminates in a grand final.
