Chukker Day — Polo Clinic + Exhibition Match

Morning 'Learn to Play in a Day' on the field — a mounted clinic teaching the swing, the line, and the ride-off — then teams scrimmage a friendly arena chukker before a catered exhibition match plays out field-side with the company on the rail. White trousers optional, divot-stomping mandatory.

Why It Bonds

Polo forces trust at speed: you cannot fake a ride-off or a pass at a gallop, so colleagues learn to hand off, cover, and call for each other the way the game demands. The rail-side match then turns the whole company into a single cheering section.

Running at Scale

Clinics run in rotating stations of 8–12 (mounted lesson / stick-and-ball / arena scrimmage / rules-&-tactics) so 40–80 cycle through in a morning. National Polo Center–class venues seat up to 400 field-side, so the larger company watches the pro exhibition while sub-teams rotate onto the practice field in heats.
