The Build-a-Bike Drive
Teams race the clock to assemble real bicycles from the box up, passing a quality-inspection gauntlet before each rig is wheeled out. Every finished bike is donated on-site to kids from a local youth or foster organization who ride away that afternoon.

Running at Scale
Runs in parallel build pods of 6–8; at 300 you split into morning and afternoon waves or add a wheelchair/adaptive-trike build line for a second beneficiary.
